If you already house an existing data management system, we consider either integrating our new solution with the existing ecosystem, or explore creating a supplementary module. If you do not have any data system in place, we make technical recommendations, outlining their functionalities, costs and longevity.
Project Management
In order to implement a solution in a timely and cost-controlled manner, we carefully plan each project. We identify all stakeholders, risks and tasks, and estimate the cost and completion times for different milestones. In order to fit your way of working, the project can be managed based on Waterfall or Agile methodology. Everything is then ready for the team to start implementing the solution.

We store this data in the data warehouse or Big Data platform, located on your premises or in the Cloud.

First, they look at existing reports already in place in order to identify additional capabilities that you may require. If no reporting has been done so far, they draft with you a set of reports including the KPIs integrated earlier. Our consultants educate your team members to deploy the full extent of new data visualisation tools. This enables you to enjoy full autonomy to create your own reports and find valuable insights when drilling down in the data.
Data Science

Quality
Data Quality
Before integrating any data, we perform an analysis from your operational systems, ensuring they are clean and fit for purpose. We perform standard checks on duplicates, abnormal characters, null, extremely high, zero and negative values.
To ensure we correctly identify erroneous data, we loop back with your teams. After all, only you know if those data are correct. For dirty data, we perform a systematic cleaning. This improves the accuracy of reports and artificial intelligence algorithms.
Technical Testing
We like our developers to implement small increments of the solution in a short time and deliver them to our testing team. Testers are totally agnostic of the development. They focus on the functional part of the solution rather than the technical part. They inject a range of dummy data in the solution to test all functionalities. If they identify any error, they notify the developers as soon as possible to avoid wasting time, to help us correct any issue in a timely manner.
Once those small chunks of solutions have been separately validated, our team will test them as a whole. In addition, we execute stress tests to identify any failure or bad performance, reported back to our developers for any adjustments.
User Acceptance Testing
We validate that our delivery meets expectations. If your team members expected a different outcome or would like to add more functionalities, we can nimbly embed changes. As most test data have been already prepared, a new iteration of the solution is straightforward.
