Cedric Hemmert

Director

A native Frenchman, Cedric was passionate about computing from a young age. Following a Masters in Computer Engineering he began his career as a software engineer, before moving into different management roles for multinational organisations.

He’s specialised in Data, with specialities in Business Intelligence and Data Science. In 2009 he completed an MBA and in 2010 a Masters in Marketing. Seeing that consulting firms were either too business or too tech focused, Cedric founded Hoptech to reconcile these complementary needs.

Nozomi Hisatsune

Business Development Manager

Born in Japan, Nozomi has lived on four continents and loves to connect with people from different backgrounds. She holds a Bachelors in Media and Communications, specialised in journalism and public relations.

Nozomi was a B2B sales for a Japanese fine food retailer, with a portfolio of over 200 clients. She has also served in sales roles within luxury retail, telecoms, and recruitment.

Yannick Pages

Quality and Support Manager

French by birth, global by profession, Yannick has a keen interest in earth observation satellites. He spent 20 years with the European Space agency monitoring and forecasting the oceans and polar caps.

Yannick is an expert in IT service delivery, support and operations management. Initially an engineer, he rose through the ranks to become later a manager in charge of 24/7 high availability data centres processing huge amounts of scientific data. Yannick is certified ITIL and holds a Graduate diploma in Engineering & Computer Integration.
